Most browser aim trainers give you a canvas, a circle, and a timer. That works for raw click speed, but it tells you nothing about your actual in-game performance because the sensitivity is wrong. If you train at 20cm/360 here but play CS2 at 35cm/360, your muscle memory is building around a feeling that doesn't exist in your real game.

Gridshot — Speed & Multi-Target Awareness
Five static targets fill the arena. Every hit removes that target and spawns a new one somewhere else. Your score is targets per second (TPS) combined with accuracy. This mirrors the kind of micro-adjustment clicking you do when picking off opponents in a team fight — you need to clear targets quickly without spraying wildly. If your TPS is high but accuracy is below 60%, slow down. Accuracy-first is the correct training priority.
Flick Shot — Snap Speed
A single target spawns at a random position and begins shrinking — hit it before it disappears. Your score is the average milliseconds from spawn to click. This trains the explosive wrist and arm snap you use when an enemy peeks from an unexpected angle. Keep sessions short; flick training tires your forearm faster than other modes. If your times are climbing past your session average, stop — you're fatigued, not improving.
Tracking — Smooth Follow
A single target bounces around the arena and you must keep your cursor on it continuously. Score is % of time on-target. This trains the sustained mouse control you use tracking a moving enemy through a window, following a strafe, or staying on target while they move laterally. Good tracking comes from shoulder movement for large distances and wrist for small corrections — not just one or the other.
Reflex — Pure Reaction Time
A target appears after a random 0.8–3 second delay. Click as fast as possible. Score is your average reaction time in milliseconds. Clicking before the target appears resets the delay and counts as a miss — don't guess. The random delay prevents anticipation, so you're measuring genuine visual reaction rather than rhythm clicking. Average human visual reaction is 200–300ms; consistent sub-200ms scores indicate good neural speed.
Why cm/360 Matching Matters for Training Transfer
Muscle memory in aiming is built around a physical feeling — the distance your hand travels across the mousepad to complete a specific angular movement. When you train at the wrong sensitivity, you're teaching your arm a distance that doesn't exist in your game.
Your cm/360 is the one number that captures exactly how much physical mouse distance equals one full 360-degree rotation in your game. A player at 40cm/360 needs to move their mouse 40 centimetres to spin fully around. If you train at 20cm/360 instead, you're building two completely separate muscle memory profiles — and neither transfers cleanly to the other.

Practical Training Tips
- Accuracy before speed: In gridshot, if your accuracy drops below 60%, slow your clicks. Speed built on inaccurate clicking ingrains bad habits, not good ones.
- 15–20 minute sessions maximum: Aim training produces diminishing returns quickly. Most pro players do two 15-minute sessions per day, not marathon grinding. More isn't better past this point.
- Scores dropping late in session means stop: If your TPS or reaction times are getting worse in the final quarter of a session, your forearm is fatigued. Continuing past this point trains bad form, not good aim.
- Warm up at lower intensity: Start with tracking for 2–3 minutes before moving to flick or gridshot. Cold arms produce inconsistent flick results that don't represent your actual ceiling.

How accurate is the sensitivity matching?
The math uses the same yaw values as the Sensitivity Converter (e.g., CS2 = 0.022, Valorant = 0.07). The canvas normalises physical mouse distance proportionally, so a trained flick here requires the same arm movement as in your real game. It's not pixel-perfect for every display size, but the relative feel is accurate to your cm/360.
Which mode should I start with?
Start with Tracking for the first week — it exposes bad mouse control that speed-focused modes hide. Once your tracking score is consistently above 70%, add Gridshot. Flick and Reflex are supplementary modes, not primary training.
Are my scores saved anywhere online?
No. Personal bests are saved to your browser's localStorage only — no account, no server, no personal data. If you clear your browser data, scores reset. This is consistent with WinroGames' no-data-collection policy across all tools.
Does this work on mobile?
Yes — the canvas is touch-enabled and responsive. Tracking and Reflex modes work well on mobile. Gridshot and Flick feel more natural with a mouse, but are fully functional on touch screens.
